It would have to be La Manga Club on the SE coast of Spain. Disclaimer: I own a loft apartment there so I am biased; but with Spanish sunshine on average 309 days a year and 28 red clay courts there’s not a lot to find fault with. You can stay at the hotel, in a townhouse, rent a villa or even buy your own place there like I did. The Med is right there too and unspoiled beaches too numerous to mention. The Mar Menor lake has windsurfing kite surfing snorkelling. There are 3 golf courses, cricket pitches, futbol off-season training camps and anything else you’d like to do outdoors. The tennis clinics draw on LTA stars like Judy Murray, Greg Rudeski etc. It really is a special place.
