Tennis FairPlay would like to congratulate the Winners of the North Vancouver Tennis Centre Compass Classic namely;
ladies: Colleen Shaw & Mia Vanderkop men’s: Elmir Estacio & Denny Permana
Special acknowledgement to all the players and participants for this week long event that required playing matches Monday through Thursday to get to the 8 finals Friday in each respective category of the Men’s Draw and Women’s Draw. 32 entries on the women’s side and 16 entries on the men’s side. The Compass Tournament is a welcomed annual event for the last 12 years now and allows for players to move from the East, Ouest, North and South quadrants and continue playing as opposed to a single knock out, or one single consolation. The Tournament was well hosted by our NVTC Director Wayne Elderton and Coaches Goran & Jessie. THANK-YOU!
